ReplyDeletewe filed bankruptcy last year because we were struggling due to me not being able to work and our lawyer was amazing walked us through each step and let us know he was there if we had question best decision ever as since then we have been able to save money and take a few nice trips as a family things we couldn't do before. now if only I could make money blogging the stress would be even less.
ReplyDeletethanks for this review. we aren't financially stable now since hubby and i are in school and he is the only one working. but God forbid we won't get to the point of bankruptcy.
ReplyDeleteI think this is great information. No one I know intends to have to file bankruptcy but things happen people loss jobs, get divorced, get sick and more. You never know when you will be faced with a difficult decision. I had to file bankruptcy 25 years ago because I was a single mom with and ex that refused to pay child support, my wages were being garnished, I had to pay for daycare and an apartment. It was a terrible point in my life. My daughter and I lived on $20 a month for food so yes I had to file for bankruptcy. It happens it doesn't make anyone less of a person because they have financial hardships.
ReplyDeleteSometimes bankruptcy is the only option but make sure you know your options
