When
I noticed that my MIL was knitting a new scarf design, I was very intrigue by
what was it and what kind was it as well. I have not knitted since I got back
from my 3 months vacation to the Philippines. Therefore, knitting a new pattern
is just what I wanted to do, a new challenge for me. If not busy on blogging, I
knit and I’ve knitted my whole family in the Philippines all their Christmas
stockings that I hope they put up last year’s Christmas as I’ve spent too much
time and effort in order to finish them all.
Anyways,
this one is new to knit a Sashay Boutique Ruffle Scarf. The yarn I’m using is
different and the pattern is quite the same, since I’ll only be knitting all
the time.
It
took me only 3 hours to finish the first scarf and then brought another color
so I could have at least 2 different colors but the same ruffle scarf.
metallic sashay boutique ruffle scarf.

oh, this is one I don't know which I wished to know how to do it, but I tried hard to learn my hands could just not do them right :(
ReplyDeleteYou are very good at this. I'm sure you can create more ambitious "projects" in no time.
ReplyDeleteSeems like a tedious task to do for an in-experienced knitter like me. But I'm sure it must be easy for you. :-)
ReplyDeleteI am a sucker of scarves! Nice, nice! Triz has been asking to get herself a knitter's props because she wants to learn how to knit. The first thing she wants to make? A scarf... for... Mommy! Yes, I will get her the set soooooooon! Lol.
ReplyDeleteI don't know how to crochet or knit so I admire people like you who does.
ReplyDeleteI wish I know how to do the crochet. You're good at it.
ReplyDeleteI never tried doing it because I believe I don't have the talent plus I always have excuses. Nicely done Sis. I am sure your family in the Philippines are so happy to use what they did for them :)
ReplyDeleteLovely scarf! I like the 2-tone.
ReplyDeleteMommy N,
ReplyDeleteThose are pretty scarfs especially the first picture. Wow! you do it by yourself? Great job :-)
These scarfs are best worn in parties or other special occasions that requires to be in formal wear. :)
ReplyDeleteWow! It only took you 3 hours? If I did it, it probably took me the whole day! ^_^
