The product arrived in the mail through the USPS. I don't see any signs of damage in the product during the shipment that I was able to use and explore it right away.

I like the casing where the product and its kit were placed as it is a secure package. I can tell that I have the right product right away as I can see the MP4 because the packaging has a sturdy clear plastic.

I read the manual booklet that is included in the product so I would know exactly how to navigate the player. I never thought that it was very simple and quick.

You have to turn the on/off button that is located on the upper part of the player. To go to select the folders you have to constantly press the MENU button. I do find this player a user-friendly. Even when I did not finish reading the manual because I was very excited to upload my own music in the player, I never get confused at all.

It is very easy to upload music in the player its just like the usual USB drive. Once you plug it into your computer, it will automatically recognize the USB, I think this is a plug and play device.

The sound is also great, I don't notice any kind of a distorted noise. The sounds are clear, though I haven't uploaded any video to try it. The

The clear plastic container is very useful too,  it's where I kept all the items, as well the manual that comes with the player.
