hmn, looks like a paradise. it is, indeed, going to be a paradise for the Filipinos here who are in prison. Prison cells here are so crowded, marumi, at hindi naaalagaan ang mga nasa loob. tuloy, imbes na ma-rehabilitate ang mga prison mates, lalo yata silang napapasama. sad to say but it's true. i wonder when can prisons here look like that. 20 years? 50 years perhaps?
sad to say, our government just can't provide and help our prisoners to at least be given a chance to rehab inside instead totally busy with all the corruption and the kikbak that they can get from filipino's money..
i wonder when will our government be lift up our country and at least stop the corruptions.
and to your questions? i bet even when it gets 20 years or so? it will never change... because they really have no plans for that cases... just not good at all
Wow! I can't believe it's a prison! As I was scrolling down the pictures I was thinking maybe it was something like a laboratory. But a prison? It's a beautiful place to be imprisoned. hehehe.
