How to fix iPhone in Headphone Mode

0
COM
Located Under , , · at
I never have problem with my iPhone before, even if I did? I resolved it immediately. Yesterday, I accidentally plunged my phone in the snow and didn’t notice that due to that fall it causes me a minor hitch. Whew!!! I’m lucky still as it didn’t contain some major problem or I will be switching instantaneously (just kidding, as if I have extra).

photo not mine
I found a few simple and quickest ways to resolve this problem.

Step 1:
Gather a q-tip, or a tissue.

Step 2:
Make sure to clean the headphone socket carefully. If Q-tip is too big, make sure you take some of the cotton or adjust in order to be fitted in the headphone socket. Or use the tissue make a small folding or twist that would fit into that headphone socket. Leave it the tissue for a while and then try playing music or a video. You should be able to hear to the music with the volume.

Step 3:
After you have done those simple steps and the ringer plays, means the issue is fixed.

There is another way to try if the above procedure didn't work;

Step 1:
Go to your sound settings, and played random ringer tones. While doing so turned the volume up and down multiple times. This might turn the settings back from headphone mode to volume.

(This procedure didn't work for me) That's why cleaning your headphone socket might be the first things you should do, if your iPhone stuck in headphone mode.

I hope through this simple and quick procedure it helps resolve the issue.

Overview Of Fun Tech Gadgets

4
COM
Located Under , · at
Lately the tech folk have been busy working overtime and coming up with fun new concepts that are functional and make a great impression. We can be glad that the tech companies caught on to the idea that most of us are not nerds so the gadgets are designed to be easy to use for us “normal” people!

You do not have to break the bank to afford the latest fun tech stuff. All of the big boys that make tech gadgets are highly active in the social media world and caught on to the idea that coupons sell products a long time ago. They actually invented the devices that make using promo codes easier and faster! Look for coupons for all the best new tech gadgets.

Smart watches are one of the most competitive arenas of new tech that can be real fun. And all the competition means you get better prices! You can get watches that track your workout, health, business appointments, kids' schedule, and even keeps track of the people in your life.

Smart phones are getting even smarter! The general opinion might be that Apple and Samsung have the only real smart phones around, but it could be worth to take a look at some of the Chinese brands. Their mobiles go for about a third of the price that other phones do, and are getting cheaper due to the devaluation of Chinese currency. What's more, they run on any operating system you want and have as much power and flexibility as the big name brands!

One of the neatest new tech toys for 2015 is a clear television. This device is a see through window, as long as the television is not on! The idea is that the screen will not obstruct your view of, for example, home or the business associates in a meeting, because the screen stays clear as long as you are not using it.

There is a lot of new tech designed specifically to make your home more attractive, utilitarian, and make all your friends envious. Three-dimensional wall coverings that you can design yourself add a ‘Star Trek’ look to any room. A lamp that pours light or at least looks like it is sure to stun your guests. You can also decorate with LED lights that match the color of your décor or your mood and it can change any time you want it to.

Personal safety is a growing concern and tech companies have extensive offers of new products that make you safe. Just try a door handle that sanitizes itself and your hands every time it is used, or a night light that reacts to touch, which is sure to keep your kids safer.

Products that use less energy and are kinder to the environment are a big seller in tech. Light energized sound systems, a sun powered bed warmer, lights that run off of water, and a lamp that tests the air quality are just a few of the new environmentally friendly gadgets.

One thing cannot be denied – the technology inventors have really broken down all the barriers for most people owning the latest and most fun tech gadgets, and have developed a huge variety of new tech that fits anyone’s taste, style, and needs!

The product arrived in the mail through the USPS. I don't see any signs of damage in the product during the shipment that I was able to use and explore it right away.

I like the casing where the product and its kit were placed as it is a secure package. I can tell that I have the right product right away as I can see the MP4 because the packaging has a sturdy clear plastic.

I read the manual booklet that is included in the product so I would know exactly how to navigate the player. I never thought that it was very simple and quick.

You have to turn the on/off button that is located on the upper part of the player. To go to select the folders you have to constantly press the MENU button. I do find this player a user-friendly. Even when I did not finish reading the manual because I was very excited to upload my own music in the player, I never get confused at all.

It is very easy to upload music in the player its just like the usual USB drive. Once you plug it into your computer, it will automatically recognize the USB, I think this is a plug and play device.

The sound is also great, I don't notice any kind of a distorted noise. The sounds are clear, though I haven't uploaded any video to try it. The

The clear plastic container is very useful too,  it's where I kept all the items, as well the manual that comes with the player.

4 Functions a Good Phone System Will Have

4
COM
Located Under · at
Modern office-based businesses need more from their phone systems than simply call-and-receive functions. And there is a broad variety of systems available on the market to cater to the needs, both current and future, of businesses of all sizes and types. But so many brands, systems and functions can make it very difficult for businesses to choose the right one for them; it’s all too confusing. However, here are four functions a good phone system will have.

Voicemail
Voicemail is one function that is indispensable for all businesses, large and small. A business without voicemail is a business vulnerable to missing new inquiries from potential buyers, crucial calls from current customers, and updates from suppliers to name just a few scenarios. Including voicemail in your armory of functions means you will be able to capture calls while you’re in a meeting or on another line. Moreover, a flexible voicemail function allows you to customize greetings and switch from one to the other depending on your current situation. What’s more, your voicemail can also be directed to your email account, enabling you to check it from anywhere you can access email.

photo not mine
Automation
To help make a positive impression on your customers and suppliers, the automation function is indispensable. There are Panasonic phone systems on the market from suppliers like Com2  that can automatically answer inbound calls with a friendly greeting, place callers on hold, queue them and direct them to the appropriate person or team. Automation helps to keep your overhead costs lower by removing the need for staff to handle these functions, leaving them with more time to perform other tasks.

Music on hold
Music on hold has advanced far beyond the ubiquitous xylophone renditions of Greensleeves from decades past. While callers are on hold or in the queue, modern phone systems can play pre-recorded music likely to appeal to the callers, or perhaps stream content from the Internet through the phone system. Another alternative is to play content from a local radio station. But one advantage of music on hold is being able to play advertisements for your business or other instructive content while callers are on the line, perhaps prompting them to ask about your latest offer while talking about another matter. This can be a great sales tool.

VoIP
With almost everything now connected to the Internet, there is no reason for your office phone system to be isolated from the online environment. Internet connectivity for your phone system opens several options for your business, one of the most significant in terms of cost savings and convenience being VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol). Using VoIP for calls can significantly reduce a business’s call and line rental costs and quickly return the investment due to lower operating costs. And because voice data is transmitted in digital and converted by the VoIP phone, the caller on the other end of the line will hear a much clearer voice than they would if your business used a standard analogue system.

These are just four functions a good phone system should have. Why not add your own suggestions below?

My Linkon 9000 mAh Power Bank #Review

0
COM
Located Under , , · at
The packaging of the product is absolutely great. I received the item along with another product that I purchase through Amazon. I've tried different types of power bank, however, LINKON power bank has other benefits that other power banks doesn't. First, it is consisted of 9000 mAh a power bank that would last longer while you are charging your devices. I've noticed while charging my iPhone 5s that has only 44% battery left and the power bank has only 50% battery remaining. It only took an hour for my phone to recharge over, which still give the power bank at least 26% power in it. It's also robotically powers on when you plug your phone to the bank it will automatically sync and start charging. It also shuts off when the phone is fully charged.

The features it has is just astonishing as it is created for a specific task. It has an LED Digital display so you'll know the percentage left in the power bank. I also like that this power bank can recharge and most compatible to any phones and tablets as it is with a USB charging output. I also adore how it is constructed using high quality Aluminum alloy casing for my maximum protection.

Included in the product are the following: 9000 mAh power bank, a small storage bag for an easy way to take the power bank anywhere I go, charging cable with iPhone 4 & 5 Charging tip as well as the welcome guide which I do find very useful with information about Linkon Power Bank.

Overall, my experience with 9000 mAh LINKON POWER BANK is great. I like its features as well as the capacity of the power bank itself. This can be purchased through Amazon.com.

The Best Home Improvements for Families

0
COM
Located Under , , · at
It is no secret that every family wants to have a great home that will support all of their wants and needs. A great home is a base where families grow and become closer, so every family wants a space that supports those motives and gives them the opportunities that they need. However, getting a perfect home is not always easy for families. There are a lot of factors that can prevent a family from getting the home they want.

Even if there are obstacles to overcome, there are a lot of ways that families can make their home into the perfect space for them. Any family can make improvements to their existing home to help it better serve the family’s needs. Every family can use these ideas to create a better home for themselves. Here are some of the best home improvements for families.

A home theater
Every family loves to watch TV shows and movies from time to time, but very few families have a good space to do it. Every family should have a room that is great for getting a movie theater effect every time they sit in front of their TV. Any family can use Direct TV Genie, stadium seating or recliners, and blackout curtains to make a great home theater that every other family will envy.

An attic bedroom
Everyone wants to have their own bedroom, but many families do not have enough space to make this happen. Using the normally unused space in the attic to create another bedroom is a great way to give everyone their own space. Some families can even use the space for an extra playroom or study area.

Bathroom additions
One of the common family struggles is who will get the next turn in the bathroom every morning. Families can end the fights by updating their bathrooms in a few different ways. Families can add another sink or a separate shower and bathtub, or simply add on another bathroom in another area of the house.

A deck
There are few better ways to enjoy an outdoor space than on a nice wood deck. Families can slowly add onto their outdoor space by creating a deck that allows them to easily entertain and play outside the home with easy access to everything inside. A deck can be an expensive addition, but it is one of the best ways to add value to a home.

New kitchen appliances
The appliances in the kitchen are some of the most commonly used things in any home. Without proper functioning appliances, families can be forced to deal with a lot of daily issues that could be easily fixed. New appliances are also very beneficial because newer versions are more energy efficient, saving families a lot of money on their energy bills every year. Any family can start out by replacing one appliance at a time until they have a top of the line kitchen to enjoy.

I finally healed of the Unique iPad Keyboard in the mail today. The packaging is quite ideal. It was wrapped in a bubble wrap envelope and while examining the product, I have never seen any damage in the product due to the shipping and handling. Very nice to see that you have the product with you intact, which is always a big concern to buyers.

The Keyboard also comes with the nice leather case that would protect your precious iPad device. There is no need of installation nor Bluetooth to sync the keyboard to your iPad. There is no trouble for me to put the case on the iPad at all, very unique indeed and fast. Also secures the iPad from slipping.

The back of the keyboard is also safe when you put it right next to your iPad's screen, and it will automatically sync-in as I mentioned earlier. I feel comfortable and makes the typing faster than using the keyboard on the screen. It feels like you are actually using the customary keyboard that we've been using in our computer. It makes things even easier, also this isn't separate with the cover case so you are actually using 2 in 1 accessory for your iPad device.

So far so good, I care for the product, would counsel this for those who hold an iPad Air that would like to acquire a nice cover case along with the benefit of an attached keyboard.

Upper Desk Cabinet/Shelf Mount #ProductReview

I received these amazing Desk Cabinet/ Shelf Mount from Upper Desk company to try. I was very ecstatic to accept the two products in the mail. I'm eager to discover and see what the benefits of using the two different devices.

The package was delivered through UPS in our doorstep, very safe. No damage and noticed that the items inside its boxes were accurately protected and intact. A very good way to know that you'll definitely receive a high quality product from them.
I have tested products to see what's the difference between the two and how it could help me with each function. The Portable Cabinet Mount MODEL 117 is the first one I've opened and examine. The moment you'll see the product, with your initiative you'll certainly figure out where to hook and what part it is in. The user manual  they provide is very useful on how to securely install the portable cabinet mount on your shelf of table or cabinet. I have to say, this is a long-lasting type of portable cabinet mount that I would refer and trust for my devices in my kitchen. Lock and tight is what I've always wanted for my tablet and a very comfortable way to use whenever I read recipes and cook or bake at the same time.

The Portable Desk Mount Model 217 is another great  product for your desk. If you need something to hold for your devices. Again, they have similarity with the Cabinet mounts and this time it is intended for your desk. I would say because I know the installation of the product, it did pretty quick when I have the item installed on my desk. Very sturdy and I would say I will trust this mount to hold for my tablet. The gripped on your desk would secure your device from falling and does not wobble at all. It has a 360 degree rotation so you won't need to lock and unlock the portable. I love it and I do find it fancy, now I can type on my computer and watch a nice movie at the same time.

Overall, my familiarity with Portable Cabinet Mount and Portable Desk Mount are wonderful. I could recommend this to a family and friends who is seeking for a nice and reliable cabinet and desk mount. I would rate it 5 stars as well, so far my experience using the products in everyday life gives me more confidence that these products are indeed durable. A great holiday gift guide for the upcoming occasion, it would be a great present to give.

Holiday Gift Guide: Apple Certified 3 Feet Lightning Cable #ProductReview

Getting a new device from apple this year makes me feel so cheerful. After our 2 year contract with the network, we've been subscribing, I told my husband the only present he can offer me this year is a new updated phone. Since our son dropped my iPod touch in a bowl of soup, there is no way that it can be fixed unless I will pay that fee to get it fix.

Told my husband, I can give my phone to our son and he can get me the iPhone 5s, rather than getting our son a new iPod touch. Which is also a perfect timing and great opportunity for me to get another 3 Feet Lightning Cable. Though the phone comes with it, I've always loved to get an extra cable so I can use it for another outlet.

I received the Apple Certified 3 Feet Lightning Cable in the mail in a bubble wrap envelope. The package arrives just in time we also upgrade to a new phone, I don't see any damage due to shipping.  I have an extra socket to use for the shorter cable. The 3 feet is perfect if you need a smaller and shorter cable that you want. I love how it is Apple certified and yet the price isn't too expensive and syncs right away. If you want to get an extra cable for your new apple products, this could be a great investment. And for only $10.99, I would say this is another holiday gift guide if you want to give it to someone you know who has an Apple device.

What better to acquire for your partner is a fine Power Tek Flash Premium LED Headlamp, especially when you know you have a handyman type of guy. When they work outside, sometimes they cannot be stopped from building things until it gets dark. They want to make sure it's thorough and well done so they have to be more precise about everything.

A nice headlamp would help them with their edifice. It is in my opinion, as my other half loves to finish the playhouse he builds for our sons. With all the additional extension for the playhouse, I don't know the definite month to finish the whole thing. He wants it to be nice and big that way, we don't need to go to a park just to let our kids play, where we can enjoy the comfort of our yard, very safe and hassle-free.

Anyways, I received the PowerTek Flash Premium LED Headlamp in the mail along with other items I order online, for only $24.95. The packaging is very secure, I don't see any problems with the product itself. I opened the item and examine to see any defect before I use the headlamp. The first thing I've noticed when I unpacked the product was that it's very light weight. The strap is adjustable of course, I like how you can also adjust to angel the headlamp for an easy battery replacement, however never tried it right away was it never  came with a 3 AAA batteries, which I thought it will. One of the feature I also adore is the switch of a white and red LED light, easy CREE LED into High, Medium, Low flashes and OFF. The red LEDs is for a night vision, which is pretty awesome.

Overall, I do like the product this could be a great holiday gift idea for those who seeks high-quality gift to bestow to their partners. Small that they can even place in their pockets so they could bring it with them.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

I've been searching for a very nice headlamp to give to my other half because he's been my handyman at home. Also, be a great help for his job as they've been working through dark in some days. The shipment was fast, I ordered it online and the next thing I knew, I got it in the mail. Very impressive. I opened the packaging and I'm quite delightful because of how secure the product in its packaging, very well done.

The Headlamp 150 came with 3 AAA batteries that way, you can use the product right there and then. It works great, I love the adjustable strap that would secure to hold the headlamp. When I turned the power on, I was impressed on how the headlamp works. It is very bright, the range of the bright light from X1 to X2000, how to do it simply zoom in and out. Gives plenty of lit space with a beam distance of up to 200 metres - 2X as FAR as others. I like how very light it is, the installation of the batteries are very simple, and it is sturdy. Mini Bluetooth Speaker Wireless, Han Operation #ProductReview

I tried different kinds of Bluetooth speaker before for any of my devices, and yet nothing beats how amazing the Mini Bluetooth Speaker Wireless, that I will be reviewing today. I was ecstatic of the features as well as what this speaker can do for me that other Bluetooth don't. It has some key functions that I don't see on the other Bluetooth speakers.

Features I love about this Bluetooth speaker that I don't see from others are the following:
·        It has a Micro SD slot; it can decode and play MP3 format audio when put your SD Card in it
·        Comes with an FM mode when you press short of the play/pause button, this function really fascinates me. I don't need to use our radio just to listen to an FM station, instead I have this little Mini Bluetooth speaker with me that I can carry anytime, anywhere I go because it's very small with a loud volume.
·        It has a dual power support by mini USB charging/BL-5C lion battery, smart and indeed fast charging
·        Pairing isn't hard at all, it pairs quickly with any Bluetooth device such as mobile, Mid/TV, and any working distance within 15m.
·        If you paired it in your phone and someone is calling you? Absolutely can answer the call without disconnecting the device, as it has a built-in microphone for hands-free phone call.
·        Requires DC-5V charging slot which is mostly what other devices recommend.
·        When you line-in, it can play audio via aux cable to audio device too.
·        The functions are very simple, and easy to understand. I also love it when you turn the Bluetooth on a voice will tell you when it's ready, and oh it has a blue blinking light as well.
·        You'll also be reminded with the voice when the Bluetooth Speaker is low on battery and needs to be charged. When charging it will show up a red light.
·        Its range of 33 feet and 3 watts of speaker power
·        I love how small the device yet, so many awesome features you can benefit, for a weight of only 210g, dimension of 80mm and with battery charge time for only 2H, what else I can say.

I would recommend this product to a family and friends who seeks for a nice Mini Bluetooth Speaker for their devices. Worth your money and perfect for gifts too. You can acquire your through Amazon, for only $37.97. I just love this product, and I am sure you will too.

Experience the Linkon Power Bank Charger for Cell [Pink] A perfect gift for Christmas #ProductReview

Travelling wouldn't be a hassle anymore, now that we have ways to make things easier. For instance, we worried that we will have a long flight and we need to make sure we have enough battery in our devices like our cell phones, or devices to keep you occupied during the travel as well as to communicate with our loved ones. Not to worry, as there is a solution for that now.

I  have the opportunity to try LINKON PORTABLE  CHARGER product which would allow me to charge my cell phone or devices easier whenever I am away from home. I do play with my phone a lot whenever I am waiting or bored, which makes my phone drain faster, and I would say almost 90% who have smartphone does the same thing as I do. Since it takes too much energy I decided not to play with any of my download games, nor surf too much as I have no way of recharging when it use up. Now, things will never be the same as the handy Linkon Power Bank is here to the rescue. A 3000mAh Mobile power bank charger came in the mail through USPS for me to try, which can be purchased through Amazon for only $24.95, comes with different color of your choice.

this is what you should get inside your package...

The product comes with a small carry pouch where you can put the 3000mah built-in Lithium portable Charger in as well as the USB Charging Cable with Micro USB. Also has an iPhone 4 Tip and iPhone 5 Tip information for an easier use. The manual is very informative which helps you and instruct many things you need to learn about the portable charger and how to protect the product. I also love the packaging as everything inside is intact and secure.
power bank recharging my phone... and ports

A great information to learn about the portable charger is that it's compatible with most devices with a USB charging output. That's one great feature I am seeking to in order to use the charger in most of my devices. You'll notice that whenever the battery is low the numbers blink  so it's time to charge the portable charger. Caution for us is to make sure that the charging device must not exceed DC 5V.

the power percentage will blink whenever the charger is almost low..

I would say, the power bank is indeed helpful for a long road trip, flights or just a backup battery charger for when you need some extra juice. I also like the offer they have about a 14 day money back guaranteed no questions asked if you are not happy with our product plus 12 months warranty for total peace of mind. And if you have inquiries, the best way to get help is to be able to speak to a good customer service at any time.

I would definitely recommend this to a family or friends who is looking for a handy, great power bank. Also, if you wish to give someone a good holiday gift this Christmas, include this in your list as the recipient would truly love the gift you got for them.

This is NOT a sponsored post. I received the products for free in exchange of my honesty review. The outlook I expressed is 100% exclusively mine.

The Death Screen of an Ipod touch

I was totally devastated the minute I saw what just happened to my first apple gadget. Accidents can be prevented only if we stick into our words, whenever we teach our children. My son dropped this iPod touch in a soup bowl while he was playing with it during meal time. I knew, something could happen to it and that day came. I should be meaner that time before things occur to thwart it, hence sometimes regrets happens when things are already done.
To make it short, we did the necessary things to do in order to regain that iPod's power and for our son to be able to play with it again. It took us 2 months  before we settle on taking it out from the plastic bag full of rice. It worked fine, though I've seen the white screen's death [as what they said it is, when you open your iPod] at first, but it just goes away, was very happy thinking I could ever use it again. However, after weeks of using the gadget it was gone and this time today, while playing Pandora the white screen comes back and surely for good. I could not see anything anymore and I felt so bad about the fact that I could no longer use the device, even when for music purposes only.

Just so sad, that I have no easy way to fix the problem, unless I would take such risk to open the device. If sending it to the apple company might cause us to purchase a new one.

These are the IP Addresses that keep scowling in my hotmail account. Why can't hackers just do something better other than stealing? Seriously? You won't get rich and even if you do? Justice will be served at the end of time, stealing someone's identity nor stealing something from someone no matter what it is. I just don't get it, where are your brains. You are lucky I just dropped this and continue my life with because I don't want to deal with you as I have a much better and happier life.

I am not rich and I don't have a huge money in the bank, so just quit it and move on with your life. Live a decent life, that way you'll enjoy yours without any regret at the end.

I recently found this unknown attempt when I was trying to edit some password privacy and information. Glad I did it, I guess I won't be trusting my password all the time and would rather update it every month how's that?

Lately, I haven't seen any suspicious log in to my hotmail account. I'm pretty sure there will be plenty in my yahoo account, we shall see. Just to warn everyone, please update your password monthly or every 6 months to protect yourself.
