Troy’s International Flight back to the Philippines

The day has finally come for Troy to go back to the Philippines. He’s staying here for almost 9 months to acquire and have a legal residency without abandoning it has finally settled and now, he can legally go back in the Philippines and stay outside the USA for two years without any problems in the future.

Though, we are still waiting for his green card to arrive, according to the Immigration Officer the last time we went there was November 21^st and only 30 days it will arrive in the mail. It’s much faster now because it is just a correction.

So, I’ll be able to bring the Card with me when we visit back home next year. However, I am not talking about next year, let’s go back to what would be the activity for this day.

Early in the morning around 4:30am, I woke myself up in order to have enough time to get ready as well as the kids. It’s better to be an hour awake rather than rushing because we are running out of time.

We have to travel for at least 2 hours [actually only 1 and half hour] but we don’t want to rush and for the reason we do have a bad weather forecast that will happen that day.

Everyone is ready and all we need to buckle up for the long and cold ride. We need to use the car because there is some issue with the van that we don’t want to take the risk of breaking it down on the road and we will be giving us a headache.

We manage to get to the airport safe and sound, no snow storm, but it is getting pretty cold. We were wondering if there will be snow along the way but thank God, nada!

Of course, after Troy checked-in we decided to wait for a little while, remind him of what would be his Terminal and Gate number and to listen very carefully to that announcement as there might be some changes. Especially when they forecast of a storm that day.

It’s time for him to go in the departure area so he will have enough time to look for his gate and get rest and ready for the long flight. Of course, one last time picture before Troy’s departs in December of 2016.

When we saw that things are okay, we headed back home and of course the storm started and from a 45 minute drive back home, it took us an hour because of the heavy snows. Good to be home in one piece and things are a little bit odd now that Troy is gone.

And while everyone is resting, I’m on my computer just browsing around and came across on the website about m-audio fast track pro. I have no idea about this item that much, while reading all the way, it gives me some information I might be needing in the future to share.

What makes a nice musical instrument sound is when you hook it to a fender bassman. This would create a much better sound effects as well as the high quality of the sounds.

I know less about a musical instrument, but when I am interested in learning about a specific instrument, I make sure that I know everything about it. From the history of the knowledge on how to play it.

I am not sure if I still have the time to learn about how to play a musical instrument, other than a few strums in a guitar. But hopefully, someday when I have more time, i would definitely start from the beginning.

Reminiscing old songs

“Strumming your pain with your fingers, singing my life with his words”, sounds familiar? You are Right; I got the lyrics from one of the famous song way back in 80’s, entitled “Killing me softly”.

Whenever I get bored and homesick, I always play those songs that would bring me back in my younger times. I was always into music that time, as if I have no problems in life at all. Music is what helps me forget that there are problems that exist on earth.

Although I don’t know how to play instruments, yet I have my friends who know how to play the new epiphone es 339 at guitar center. I could always ask them to play that song for me. Makes things even easier for me that time; however, things have changes the only way I can listen to those old songs are through online videos or buy the album.

No one will strum it for me unless I’ll start learning how to play.

Great guitarist

I always adore people who know how to strum a guitar very well. It fascinates me to watch them play different song and while those fingers are quick enough to find the right cords. It gets better too when they use a nice fender super champ xd along while playing their songs. Gives the best sound it can create. It has a compact combo with plenty of tone, power and just the versatility when using the amplifier. It looks like they are goddess of guitars. I bet they work so hard to learn and gain that versatility. Because I know, you can’t master something without working hard and practicing.

It would be awesome to get an electric guitar

It's fascinating to look at those talented people who possess an electric guitar since they not only acquire a nice piece of instrumentation equipment, they also have the talent of blasting those powerful electrical devices to create music. I mean, it can create the loudest and even annoying sound if one desires too. It is also pretty cool to play a song when you have one. It can actually make a sound that an acoustic couldn’t in my opinion. Since, I get curious, I went online and search about an electric guitar, which lead me to schecter guitars at musicians friend were plenty of the kind.

Where to get a great acoustic guitar

One of the major goals I would like to attain while I am still alive is to be taught and be skilled at playing a guitar. I like to see myself the way I see those amazing guitarists. They can play any songs they want without using electricity as they use acoustics kinds of guitar, in which looks like they are goddesses of guitars while they are playing a piece. Thus, before that happened I should start looking for a nice guitar to own.

While searching online I’ve notice where to buy breedlove at musicians friend in order to acquire one and start learning. Although, it might take a while for me to achieve the aspiration, I still didn’t give up, and hoping that someday, I’ll be able to master the key then, I’ll be able to play music through the guitar.

The thing I do when I'm bored

When I am lonely, what I usually do to get the boredom away is to watch my favorite music videos. I like to watch the videos over and over where I get to the point that I memorized the lyrics. Never get tired of listening to my favorite songs.

Aside from repeating the music over and over, I have the chance to observe the background and other things happening within the music video. That’s when I started to notice Guild Guitars is what mostly musician use. It has a pretty appearance and I bet how amazingly good the guitar is. Does it come to your mind on how much would this thing may cost? I bet it cost more than a thousand dollars. Thus, I don’t blame for how nice the piece is. That would be a great guitar to get someday.

Therefore, that’s it! I love music and I watched the music video over and over until my boredom goes away. What about you, what do you do when you are bored?
