Continuous Headache

I thought that it is just because of lack of sleep that’s why I got a headache. But I was wrong. For some reason, I woke up on the next day yet the slight headache is still there. I don’t depend into medicine for I don’t want to rely on it all the time. Since, that it might give us side effects if we rely into medicine for just simple and unbearable pain.



What I did? I drink more water took another hours of sleep. And when I woke up, voolah!!! It’s gone. I’m glad that helps. I don’t know why, but I just tried sleeping more.
