Painful wrist

That’s what I felt on my left wrist. I don’t know what causes it but after I raked the dry leaves outside the house. I have this painful feeling about my left wrist. As if some nerves pinched inside. I tried to twist it left and right the pain is really there. I’m not sure what’s going on, but anticipates that after I put a little bit of mint on my left wrist it’ll be gone.
