Now that I am no longer breastfeeding. I think it is time for me to try to drink wine. As long as I won't be stuffing myself of it, it will be fine. They also said that red wine is good for your heart. One glass a night would not hurt at all. We have wines here from our wedding reception, and I guess it is time that we start drinking this before it gets flat and really old. There are also wine delivery if you want to purchase online. I can't wait. I will definitely let you know if I started it or not. You should try too.
