Dangerous spot

While reading about this interesting Breast Augmentation Honolulu on my phone I have noticed this dangerous ice on the restaurant that we stopped by. Hubby got to check his night shift to this particular food restaurant that's why we are here outside in our car.

I observe if someone from the employee will go out and do something with this ice which is near the entrance door. Nevertheless nobody went outside and do something. I told my hubby that it is dangerous it might not be that big but still what if those will fall on a child's head? It would be safer to just took them down. He said if he was the manager on that night, he'll pretty sure ask someone to took them down for the customer's safety.
