Good Samaritan

I never thought we would experience how it feels like to be helped by a Good Samaritan. It is rare that this people exists on earth, I am not saying we do not help others’ who needs our help. However, there are people who sometimes just don’t care of the other people who are in need. It happened to us just last night when we are about to parked at the mall’s parking lot.

I was driving the car together with hubby and our son. We want to get in the Mall to get something in the music store. Apparently, when I was about to park, a loud horn sound just suddenly blows and it never stops. Even when we turn the car’s engine, hubby did his best to shut the loud horn off. Still nothing happens; he tries to look for the fuse of the car to shut the whole thing down.

I’ve seen a van that was about to park; saw us backing up in the parking lot into one of the post to get more light. That is when he came to us and asks us, if we need help and a flashlight, and what’s going on with the car.

We got home secure and thud; I told my hubby that he could drive all the way home, for I don’t desire to experience what happened in the parking lot. It was not a big pact for me, I just want to make sure that we get home safe first and then he can repair it.  And to divert my thought, of course, I went online and browse until I came to a Simple Brilliant Marketing which is very interesting to read and to learn. I have no talent or whatsoever with marketing but reading about how it can help you especially when you start business and gaining customers, this is what you should know.

  1. glad someone got the courage to help you Novs in that situation, these days, we can't blame other people if they hesitate to help, not because they don't want to, but also because of some of the recent happenings in the news that those who gives help becomes victims of criminals who pretended needing help. glad you were able to get home safely.

  9. We parked at Walmart, I was with my 9 year old boy and a guy gave us a new skateboard, we were very hesitant to accept it but his wife came and they both explained that their child left for another state even before they were able to give him the skateboard and it is expensive to ship it and would rather give it to another child. Yes, there are a lot of Angels everywhere.

  17. There are really good Samaritans out there. We were helped by one when hubby accidentally forgot his key inside our van when we went to Subway while we were on vacation in Texas last summer. Hubby approached the guy who was parked beside us and he helped hubby open our van by inserting a hanger which the guy got from a laundry mat nearby through the window and tried to open the door. He and hubby alternately tried to open it and after many try, they were able to open it. We were so thankful to the guy and hubby gave him a small amount for the help he has extended to us.
