Taking care of Health


How do we really take care of our health? Does eating nutritious foods enough to sustain and gives us more energy in our everyday activities? We do need to make sure that we watch what we eat and exercise every day. However, there are some jobs that are sedentary and it is hard for them to do exercise every after work. Plus, the tension and tiredful body needs rest too in order for the system not to shut down due to a worn-out body.

So, taking multivitamins is one thing we can do in order to provide our body those vitamins that we lack due to the poor choices of food we take sometimes.   1. i regularly take vitamins C to help my immune system recuparate, however at this time i must admit i am more sedentary, i'm thinking to have a schedule exercise though :)

  3. That what i given to my kid daily he take his multi-vitamens in order he is energytic and strong. nasobrahan oshay ka energy ky ma mira naman og buhok as in super active ang bata pg nay vitamens. thx for this info.

  4. I do take multivitamins too and some food supplements and it's one of the reasons why I am gaining weight! :(

    But, it does keeps me healthy!

  5. My wife keeps on insisting that I do take multivitamins. I know, those supplement will augment my energy, kaso, Ayoko talaga.

  9. My kids take their multi-vitamins everyday after breakfast :-) I have multi-vitamins too but I do not take it regularly :-( I should beginning tomorrow :-) Thank you for reminding me Sis :-)

  16. Multivitamins is good for the body, however we also need to exercise at least thrice a week (simple walking will do) .. no matter how sedentary our lives can be, we need to really give time to invest for our health, at least a little of our time :).

  20. I really need to take multivitamins as my doctor said my lab work came out that I need B12. My problem is, I really don't like taking meds or vits. I always forget about it.

  21. we are taking vitamins...:) we don't exercise but if walking is one, then we do that every day...because here in Bkk, you'll prefer to walk than take taxi because of too much traffic, hihihi! :) eating healthy, though we are not we tried to balance it sometimes, we love good veggies and yummy fruits! :)

  23. eating nutritious food this days is not enough. so many illnesses are appearing. we should also exercise. and take other vitamins that is complete from A-Z. =D
