Butt Challenge

After the unfortunate things happened to me. I came up to challenge myself. Something that would keep me busy and motivate to pursue something this season. I came up with a Butt Challenge. I found this challenge, while I was reading the forums/groups that I am actively joining. Reading this post and what motivates them to do makes me want to try as well. Besides, it's been a very long time since I challenge myself to lose weight nor to keep my body in shape and healthy. 

I started the first day of challenge tonight and I tell you I got run out of breath. I have to slow down to 30 squats in order to finish the 50 squats which is required for today. 

I hope to finish this challenge. I will definitely share the improvement that I am looking forward to see after 30 days.

  3. Squats? No thank you--I would get down but getting back up? Age is definitely not on my side for that one--could do it using a chair I guess--would take longer but would work I think.

  4. I need to get back o my weight loss journey. I will try to do 50 squats!

  5. 50 squats? Dami lol. I might try that but I am working on my tummy fats so sit ups muna, di kayang pagsabayin hehehe..

    Well now I feel guilty as I am eating chips while reading this post. Yep, gonna close that bag now! Good luck I do not think I could do 50 squats.

  8. Oh wow, fifty squats can be hard, I can do 20 but not 50.. I do walk at home, Zumba and I walk and run outside. I just want to be healthy.
