Expect the unexpected

I was really not expecting of the things happened to me yesterday. Something that I could not imagine that would be possible to happen to me. Anyways it did. I was on my way to my afternoon appointment. Where all of a sudden I feel a sudden butterfly in my stomach. I thought, it was just the excitement that I'll be driving in this busy area of Jamestown. My GPS isn't working and I said to myself I am doomed. I was a little bit late for my appointment however, I manage to get there without any problems. Until when I spoke to the front desk lady, I started to vomit like crazy. It just all came out. Good thing in that cleaned trash can beside me, I manage to leave my stench there.

That clinic obviously has a nurse, and I am glad that I waited and stayed. I became more ill and even light-headed until I could not help myself from vomiting. Called hubby and too bad he is not in town and he doesn't have our car since I have it.

To make the story short, I end up going to the Emergency Room. I was diagnosed of a Gastroenteritis. "Gastroenteritis is a medical condition characterized by inflammation ("-itis") of the gastrointestinal tract that involves both the stomach ("gastro"-) and the small intestine ("entero"-), resulting in some combination of diarrheavomiting, and abdominal pain and cramping.[1] Gastroenteritis has also been referred to as gastrostomach bug, and stomach virus. Although unrelated to influenza, it has also been called stomach flu and gastric flu." - Information is from Wikipedia.com

I am fine now. Thank goodness I am okay now. So, that was the unexpected thing happened to me ever!

  6. I feel your pain and hope you feel better soon! I had that when I was around 10 years old and it wasn't so much the vomiting for me. I spewed from the other end in the car with my grandma, I didn't feel bad until just before it happened.
