Food to Feast: Coconut Salad

I miss this fruit so bad. This is a fresh shredded coconut meat. I have this during our vacation in the Philippines. I ate as much as I can, thinking I might not going to miss it when I came back in the USA. But, I was wrong. Now, I am craving for this coconut salad while writing an article to it. 

The question is: When will I ever taste a fresh shredded coconut meat?
