Kroger has simple recipe on an upside down cake

Mother’s day is fast approaching and wishes to make something different for everyone to share. Since, we are heading to my Mother in law’s place for the celebration, I am thinking of making one good dessert everyone will like. I’m glad that Kroger has good variety of simple gourmet and one of them is the upside down cake. It would be great to bake as long as I have enough time and the trial and error stage has been done. What if it doesn’t take out right? It would be a disaster, don’t want it to happen.

That does look very tasty, it's been so long since I shopped at a Kroger, I miss them. I used to live in Michigan and they were the store of my choice.
