What's the good coffer maker remover?

I always wonder how to make our coffee maker shiny and clear. As spotless as the very first time you used it. We sometimes used vinegar to cleanse and make sure it’s squeaky clean, unfortunately it won’t last and we have to use the same solution again. This is a little bit tiresome if the same solution is being used over and over.

I need a remover that would find resolution. Not only to my coffee maker but also can be used in different equipments. I was searching online on what’s best I can do. And it leads me to dezcal.
