Since, I moved here in US I gained weight after a month, different foods to eat, too much fats and the worst part it, not matter what I do I can’t even had a single sweat in my body. I know that my body temperature is still adjusting but I need to get sweat once in awhile that way I will have a healthy body. Also, that would helps burn those baby fats inside but I have given up. The only solution from me to do now is to get a surgery and it will be a weight-loss surgery. Which amazing knowing that lap band central florida is just near from my hubby’s friend. That means, we can stay with them while having counseling from their counselors before going through the surgery.
