What Cucumber gives us

I start liking to eat cucumber dipped in sour vinegar with salt, union and garlic in it as they called is Cucumber Salad. Now I am starting to have a watering mouth here, hehehe. Since my family loves to make a salad out of it, I was eager eating one slice ending to have an interesting taste and knowing the fact that it would also help your digestive system. Moreover, whether you ate this everyday you will not gain a weight out of this fruit. So, I found out while doing some research that the good thing about is that it has a low in Saturated Fat, and very low in Cholesterol and Sodium. It is also a good source of Vitamin A, Pantothenic Acid, Magnesium, Phosphorus and Manganese, and a very good source of Vitamin C, Vitamin K and Potassium. But sometimes when you ate something too much it is also not good, so I think balance would be perfect term for these. There’s more; Nutrient data for this listing was provided by UDSA SR20. Each "~" indicates a missing or incomplete value.

The Amino Acid Score has not been corrected for digestibility, which could reduce its value.

Now you know why I love to eat Cucumber Salad?
