Who is he??

Have you ever heard about Hector Kabande? Neither do I, I have not heard from him until now. Who is he? What he do and where he from? Let me answer all these questions one by one.

He is he son of the late José Encarnación Kabande Dabdub, the famed hotelier who founded the upscale Hotel Lucerna chain. Year 1996 he started to build a single hotel in Mexicali and soon grows and as Grupo Lucerna has added Lucerna Hotels in Tijuana, Juarez, Culiacan and Hermosillo. And Mr. Kabande is a hotel executive and serves as member of the board of directors of Grupo Lucerna as until now.
