Reason of Bank Failure

I am not really an expert about management, but I would like to share some knowledge and information that I captured while researching online. There are so many reasons for a bank failure. It is where 80% of the banks that failed this year were in bottom 5 percentile of financial health measure. Companies sometimes, don't know about how important financial health are. While this crisis is keep failing, experts are analyzing on how to developed a process by which we can accurately determine the relative health of a bank compared to its peers.
