Scotch Eggs for Brunch

After all the hard work within the day. It is best to treat ourselves a good meal. I found this Scotch Egg Recipe from Panlasangpinoy.com where I always got ideas and recipes, whenever I wanted to eat Filipino Dish.

Thanks to this website the the author, I would not miss the food, I used to eat.

This food is basically, a boiled egg with ground beef around it. It takes good, even my son loves to eat the whole thing. So, enjoy everyone.
